Spotify’s all New Interactive Android App is ready to hit Google Play!

There are many music apps that are loved by hundreds of thousands of music lovers worldwide but there”s not many that”s more popular than Spotify. The reason why it is so popular is that the application is so simple to use and it offers several interactive music services.

They haven”t stopped there, Spotify have publically launched their new , which has been redesigned and is now more useful and interactive than ever before.

 

It now offers complete support for the latest Android 4 “Ice Cream Sandwich” platform, Last.fm scrobbling support, playlist folder support and a completely new stylish home screen widget that can be used to control the application right from the home screen.

 

Spotify’s Products Vice President stated during the launch,

 

“For all our Android users, this Spotify update is a huge leap forward, we’ve rebuilt it from top to bottom, making it faster, slicker and much better looking. The feedback we got from the preview we released a few weeks back was really positive. We wanted to give our users something special – we really hope you like it.”

 

There are several other features that are added to the new Spotify Android app including:

 

- All new high resolution look to the artist images and cover art
- Support for related artist view on mobile
- Play queue support
- Access to friend’s playlists and profiles

 

The new Spotify version has already been launched on iPad a month ago while the latest launch was on the Android platform which is already live on Google Play and has really boosted Spotify’s mobile hits.

 

They have done their best on their end, now is the time for the real users to test the application and the application’s future will depend on how well it is rated by the mobile users.
